Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If they cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they pay 50% for all nights.
If they cancel after that, they pay 100% for all nights.
Rescheduling Policy
We unfortunately do not accept any rescheduling that is outside of our cancellation policy. We are limited with our availability. We will do the best to accommodate, however you may be asked to cancel and rebook the date you can make per our cancellation policy.
Insurance
We encourage all travelers to consider trip insurance as another way to cover yourself as a traveler if you want additional coverage outside of our cancellation policies. Per our cancellation policy, We encourage you to purchase trip insurance through this third-party vendor to cover your trip for ANY REASON (weather, illness, etc) you need to cancel as we are unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policies.
